Risks

Short and honest. If any of this makes you uncomfortable, do not launch or buy.

1. Coins can go to zero

Most coins lose value and many end up worth nothing. You can lose everything you spend on a coin. Only use money you can afford to lose. Nothing here is financial advice.

2. Rules are permanent

Once a coin launches, its rules are locked. Nobody can change them, not the creator and not Circuit. If a rule turns out to be a mistake, it stays. Nobody can reverse on-chain actions, and there are no refunds.

3. Software can fail

Circuit depends on other people's software, and any of it can have bugs, change or go down:

  • pump.fun, where the coin is created and traded.
  • Swig, the smart wallet that holds each coin's fees.
  • Solana, the network everything runs on. It can be congested or halt.
  • Jupiter, used when rules swap or buy back.
  • Our servers. Rules run from them, so if they are down, rules pause until they return.

4. AI can be wrong

AI features write, name and decide things. The output can be wrong, odd or offensive. A coin's rules may use AI, and AI usage is paid from the coin's own fees. Check what a rule can say or do before you lock it.

5. You are responsible

Circuit does not hold your funds and does not check that a creator's coin or rules are fair, legal or safe. Read the rules on the coin page before you buy. See the Terms (draft) for the legal side.
