Terms of Use

Plain-English terms for using Circuit. This is a working draft. Square brackets mark things still to be decided.

1. What Circuit is, and is not

Circuit (circuitdev.fun) is a website where a creator designs rules with blocks and launches a pump.fun coin. The rules are locked at launch and then run automatically.

Circuit is a software tool. It is not a bank, exchange, broker, investment adviser or custodian. It does not give financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Runs in the builder are pretend.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not use Circuit if you are in, or a resident of, a prohibited jurisdiction (see section 14), or if you are subject to sanctions.

If you use Circuit for a company or group, you confirm you can bind it.

3. Creator responsibilities

If you launch a coin, you are responsible for everything you put into it, including:

  • Your content: name, ticker, image, description and anything your rules post or generate. You must have the right to use it.
  • The legality of your rules and of your coin where you live and where your holders live.
  • Not impersonating any person, brand or project, and not misleading holders about what the coin or its rules do.
  • Not using Circuit for anything illegal, including fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or infringing other people's rights.

We may remove a coin page, hide content or refuse service if we think these rules are broken. We cannot undo anything that already happened on Solana.

4. Locked rules, no refunds

Rules are locked when the coin launches. Nobody can change them afterwards: not the creator, not Circuit, not anyone else. Check them carefully before you sign.

On-chain actions cannot be reversed. Circuit cannot cancel, undo or refund a launch, a trade, a payout or any other transaction. Because of this, launches and the amounts sent with them are final.

5. How the coin's wallet works

Each coin's creator fees go to that coin's own Swig smart wallet on Solana. The money in it is for the coin's programmed purposes, meaning whatever the creator's locked rules do with it.

Circuit's server holds a limited "operator" key. It can only execute the coin's published rules inside fixed limits. It cannot change those limits, add authorities or withdraw to itself. Nobody, whether the creator, Circuit or anyone else, owns the wallet or can freely withdraw from it.

Circuit receives no beneficial interest in the wallet or its contents. We only run the automation the creator configured. Circuit does not custody user funds.

6. Fees

  • Circuit currently takes 0% of creator fees. If that changes, we will say so on this page and in the launch window before you sign, and it will not apply to coins already launched.
  • AI features are paid from the coin's own fees, as shown in the coin's rules and receipts.
  • Other costs are not ours: Solana network fees, pump.fun's own fees, and any swap or trading costs when rules trade.

7. No custody, no advice, no guarantees

Circuit does not hold your funds and does not give financial advice. We do not promise that any coin will have value, volume or fees, or that any rule will do what you hoped. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Risk of total loss

Coins can fall to zero. You can lose everything you put in. Rules are permanent and software can have bugs. Read the risks page before you launch or buy anything.

9. Changes and outages

Rules run from Circuit's servers. If our servers are down, rules pause and cannot run until service returns. Runs missed in that time may not be made up. Third parties (pump.fun, Swig, Solana, Jupiter, AI providers) can also fail or change.

We may change, suspend or stop the service or these terms. Changes to the terms apply from the date we publish them. We do not change the locked rules of existing coins.

10. Content and licence

You keep the rights to what you upload. You give Circuit permission to store, show and process it as needed to run your coin page and your rules. Our own software, design and brand remain ours.

11. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Circuit and the people behind it are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost coins, or loss caused by third parties, network failures, market moves or your own rules. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Circuit in the 12 months before it, which is currently zero because we charge no fee on creator fees. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where they apply. [Placeholder: to be confirmed by counsel.]

12. Governing law

[Placeholder] These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes go to [court or arbitration venue to be decided]. Mandatory consumer protections in your country are not affected.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using Circuit at any time. A launched coin and its locked rules continue to exist on Solana. We may suspend access to the website for anyone who breaks these terms.

14. Prohibited jurisdictions

[Placeholder] Circuit is not available in: [list of countries to be decided with counsel].

15. Contact
