• Buy “TOKEN” with 50% of the triggering event's amount.
• Burn 100% of the coin wallet's balance of $HCIRCUIT.
• Otherwise:
• Buy “TOKEN” with 100% of the triggering event's amount.
• Burn 100% of the coin wallet's balance of $HCIRCUIT.

The coin runs this by itself, with its own creator fees. Nobody pressed a button.
