Prices move, also when stock markets are closed. Tokenized stocks are not the shares themselves and carry no shareholder rights. Their issuer can pause trading, freeze them or take them back. The coin may lose some or all of what it puts in. Rules are locked once launched, so they cannot be changed to stop buying.
